Absolute worse experience. The front lady that I talked to yesterday was not very polite and when I arrived for my appointment she failed to actually put my name on the system for my appointment. Paperwork that was needed today was never mentioned to me when I booked yesterday. How can you work like this? I'm new in PE and everyone likes to make fun of Bloemfontein, but atleast here you aren't treated like a dog. Will never recommend this place.

Their service is declining in quality!!! People queue for hours. I feel sooo disappointed! I came in the morning at about 9:37 am, I sat there for 2 hrs, and I had to leave to fetch my children, then go back again!!! Its unacceptable!!! The staff was not helpful, even after I asked for help.

Had a tooth filling. Was charged R1000 plus. After two days the filling came loose and fell out. When contacted the dentist i was informed by reception that i have to pay again for a new filling

Dr Lotz is an amazing, kind and caring doctor. He listened to everything I mentioned and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He even looked up how much the ECG would cost me before he just took me through to have it done. He also sent me for blood tests which I've always been curious to be tested for and he also phoned me early in the morning as soon as he got the results. In the phone call he didn't just get straight to the point of the results, he first checked how I am feeling today. He also waited for my consent to add other medications to the script. Thank you Dr Lotz for your compassion. And thank you to the nurse who made sure I felt comfortable when she did my ECG.

I paid R100 to be tortured and abused, i went to them for help and i was left scarred and traumatized!! I asked for a refund and they refused! Well read the highway mail about my traumatizing experience!! I will now be taking my second hand clothes elsewhere.

I'm usually scared of cleaning because of the sensitivity but I'd say they did a faior job of keeping me calm , even though I was shaky at first. Great receptionist and great Doctors there. I would definitely recommend my mother.

Pathetic service. I was at Daxina medical twice today. I was told that the speedpoint isn't working I must bring cash. Now I go back with cash am told there is no admin, she is going to be only available tomorrow while there is 3 people in there .How is one expected to go up and down to a place while not well.mxm

I went to lancet in Alberton to have blood taken 15 Jan 2021 I filled it the formsgiven & gave them my Medical aid card which they took a copy ofThey entered my Details onto the computer INCORRECTLY they took blood9 Months 28 September 2021 later I get a SMS from the accounts department stating my account is outstanding I called them to Query They checked & confirmed there was a Mistake on there side & they had me down as a private patient as the person who entered the detailsat the Alberton Branch did everything wrong I was PROMISED a Call back within a Week 5-7 days STILL NOTHING I called again & was put into contact with a Call centre Supervisor Khayelihle Pelembe who sent me a mail to confirm it was escalated to a managerThis was more than a month ago Yesterday 25 10 2021 I received a callregarding my outstanding AmountI have a medical aid with Chronic Benefits which pays for thiswhy must I pay for it as it is you error & why do I receive no feedbackAll I want is to know who is going to sort this out or who do I come & seeto get this sorted out once & for All

Drs are excellent but getting repeat script for chronic med for my husband is an absolute nightmare!! Two days later and NO SCRIPT has been sent to my pharmacy!! He RUNS OUT OF MEDS today!! Sisters are always busy and never bother to return calls! Poor!!
