5 stars for the Active Explosive team. They allow you to train at your own pace working towards a goal, enjoyable classes with different programs daily. Team members are great and give each other great encouragement. All ages training together. Can highly recommend.

I really struggle to motivate myself to exercise, but through little studio I have found a way that I can get my exercise in while looking after my mind/mental health as well! It is such a lovely environment and I can confirm that no matter what instructor you get you will have a great/challenging time! (Little studio is also extremely flexible on hours which is perfect for a full-time student like myself). Perfect for any age and/or fitness level.

I thought I was doing everything correctly, exercise, eating very little etc. But I was not losing weight. Rael completely changed my diet, my routine and my thinking. He chunked down my goals and I have not looked back. I didn't need a 'weight loss buddy' i.e someone to keep tabs on me- I needed an expert, and that's what I got.

Went yesterday for my first time and had Bongi as my therapist. She was fantastic and hit all the right spots. Can’t wait for next Sundays cession.

I cannot recommend Dr du Toit's practice enough! In fact I truly do not know where I would be without him after my health issues this year. At the start of Jan 2022 I suffered from acute dental/molar pain that no one could find the root cause of - not my dentists, EFT specialist nor the consultants at the George Mediclinic who eventually did my CT scan. I suffered at a level 9/10 pain for 3 months and it was only when I decided to book in with Dr du Toit for acupuncture and a tension-release massage that he was a) able to shed light on how much stress and emotional pain I had been holding in my body, namely my neck and jaw (the root cause) causing TMJ, and b) finally release it, allowing me to leave my 90 minute session pain-free for the first time in months. I have since been back about 4 times for repeat sessions to help with subsequent tension build-up and it works every time! Thank you Francois - you are a life saver!

Realy the worst service i ever had .First time i visit the pharmacy .First standing at a que to speak to pharmacist then pharmacist send me to pay counter.Looking for a product i also needed and no assistance on thd floor.Standing at the que at the pay desk .Young girl at last pay piont i asked for the product she only said go to that side it is there.I dont know the shop and asked can i go get it and come back she said no stand at the back of the que again after i already stand in 2 ques for 15min.I told her no i will not.Old lady was helping a guy and went to a shelf to fetch the product he asked for but the you girl helping treated me with disrespect and attitude.She has no idea how to treat clients and sugest that her employer sends her on a course cause she has no skills to work with clients.Will rather never go to that pharmacy again
