Absolute worse experience. The front lady that I talked to yesterday was not very polite and when I arrived for my appointment she failed to actually put my name on the system for my appointment. Paperwork that was needed today was never mentioned to me when I booked yesterday. How can you work like this? I'm new in PE and everyone likes to make fun of Bloemfontein, but atleast here you aren't treated like a dog. Will never recommend this place.

Incredible experience at Intercare, from Thuli at the front desk (although there were 7 families trying to check-in with only one front desk staff member processing patients) to all the nurses and the Drsnwho attended to us: Dr Makepeace and Dr Kassiram.However, we were there for a half day procedure for my son's tonsilectomy and I was actually really shocked at the exorbitant parking fee of R60! My other two children had their ops at Sandton Mediclinic and parking is only R10 for the day.

I felt like I was in good hands, and the doctor was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Overall, I am very grateful for the care I received at the clinic.
