If you are ever needing an audiologist, go no further than Lara. I have been experiencing lack of balance and she diagnosed a rare disorder, even impressing top end neurologists. There are some kind and helpful nurses. They are trying to be effective and to make sure everyone is helped. I do suggest that they have someone in the clinic inform the people waiting; what exactly is happening and how much nurses there are.

Very very poor service,today sister spent the whole day waiting for help,but no one assted her .She ask a neighbour to look after her newborn baby ,and she takes her 5yr old daughter with her,her was not allowed to be inside as I understand but not being attended that's not good,tomorrow again and she is in pain suffering . Please supervisors do something about this.

Poor service from Dr. Brushing off concerns. Advice that you are aging and must accept your 20+ symptoms. Even when these are severe.
