Pathetic service. I was at Daxina medical twice today. I was told that the speedpoint isn't working I must bring cash. Now I go back with cash am told there is no admin, she is going to be only available tomorrow while there is 3 people in there .How is one expected to go up and down to a place while not well.mxm

I went to lancet in Alberton to have blood taken 15 Jan 2021 I filled it the formsgiven & gave them my Medical aid card which they took a copy ofThey entered my Details onto the computer INCORRECTLY they took blood9 Months 28 September 2021 later I get a SMS from the accounts department stating my account is outstanding I called them to Query They checked & confirmed there was a Mistake on there side & they had me down as a private patient as the person who entered the detailsat the Alberton Branch did everything wrong I was PROMISED a Call back within a Week 5-7 days STILL NOTHING I called again & was put into contact with a Call centre Supervisor Khayelihle Pelembe who sent me a mail to confirm it was escalated to a managerThis was more than a month ago Yesterday 25 10 2021 I received a callregarding my outstanding AmountI have a medical aid with Chronic Benefits which pays for thiswhy must I pay for it as it is you error & why do I receive no feedbackAll I want is to know who is going to sort this out or who do I come & seeto get this sorted out once & for All

Good service at Sunninghill hospital for Covid testing BUT WHERE IS THE IN CONTACT FORM. At Sunninghill we were not required to fill in the names of people we had been in contact with. I tested positive.My last test a Flora clinic they did fill in the forms.How are we going stop the pandemic. Tracing Warning we are being swamped by new infections.

Lancet admin and accounts Dept are in a turmoil. They have owed us money now for so long. I have emailed them many times. People do not pay them money even if they ask for it. They asked us for money and we paid. Now we have overpaid so much and we are struggling to get our money back from them. BEWARE ‼️

Went to lancet in Garden city Johannesburg only to find out that they don't do the covid test. I was sent to Auckland Park lancet only to find out out that the don't do the test weekends,but they used to. I called the call center and they also could not assist. How can they not help you during this pandemic. I was sent like a Popeye

I am a a general practioner by profession. Needed some urgent advice regarding a PCR test on a patient whose flight was booked to return to work in another country. Spoke to a lady pathologist on the 3rd of February at 10.30 pm who was on a night shift. She was extremely rude and ignorant as fas as the new rules of Covid testing are concerned. Sad that a professional who is suppose to advise on an urgent medical matter" can behave in such a pathetic manner."

I haven't been in lancet Labs,except that l have taken photos from outside.l wish to visit but judging from comments l see l think l have to wait for a while until every problem listed is sorted otherwise it will be like rubbing salt in the wound.l also want to do annual check ups as old age has caught up with me otherwise Lancet is the only Lab nationally that can cater any service professionally from my perspective.The level of service can be improved easily if it's where the complaints are.At list there hasn't been complaints on botched processes meaning technically the company is on the track.

The last two years I've had an invoice dispute with you accounts dept, (Lancet, healthworx in Carlswald), and my medical aid. I suggested that they send me the invoice so that I can forward the relevant invoice myself for payment. I went the first week in May 2022 and have requested an invoice via email. To dare I have not received it. I'll have to find an alternative service provider.

truly stunned as a healthcare practitioner by lack of any infection control. no social distancing or monitoring of masks. families arrive en mass. one table and a pen for filling out forms which was never disinfected in the 3 hours I stood in the queue. people are paying by card and the machine was never cleaned. Neither did the 'nurses' follow proper hygienic/disinfection proceedures between patients. They attempted to swab my nose without having disinfected their hands. Very similar issues seen in other countries where you pick up covid from being tested. Obviously nobody has been trained ....this is the perfect place to catch the virus.I suppose it's all about repeat business

PATHETIC service!! I have just received a call from an ITC company over a R101 outstanding bill from April - but I NEVER received an email, SMS or phone call in this regard from them. This I how they treat their customers - just ruin their credit rating. Shameful!From now on I am going to insist that my doctors use Ampath.
