Their service is declining in quality!!! People queue for hours. I feel sooo disappointed! I came in the morning at about 9:37 am, I sat there for 2 hrs, and I had to leave to fetch my children, then go back again!!! Its unacceptable!!! The staff was not helpful, even after I asked for help.

We arrived at 7 am and waited 4 hours while staff sang mshiniwaam outside before slowly making their way to their stations . This while 100s of ubuntu wait for treatment or attention. Why ? The people are just becoming more overloaded and still no staff to do anything . Why . Not effective or professional at all .

The most useless clinic ive ever seen im 36 weeks pregnant and i happened to be in mpumalanga so i went to this cilinic for check up i first fall a long que standing no chairs pregnant women and old people will wait standing for about 30 minutes just for bp then i started feeling pains i went to knock at the mother and child door asked for my card that im in pain can u believe the nurse just peacefully gave me my card back meaning that i should find my way to the hospital
