PRC Recovery Center saved my life. PRC gave my parents their daughter back.The facility is great. The food is amazing(chef michael). The program is a road to self discovery. Recovery coaches&counsellors are well informed & know what they are doing. PRC is the place to be. WE DO RECOVER!

I came to PRC a wreck, a hollow shell of my former self, Through my time here the staff have helped me find myself and understand myself on a whole new level. I've come to understand the patterns in my life and have learnt drugs were only a symptom of my addiction and in the process have learnt to cope with it all. The overall environment is most relate-able to a large close family rather than a typical institution. The staff take a genuine personal interest into the lives of every individual and that of their families , going over and above the call of duty to help and fix all the damage done in active addiction while not only providing the emotional tools to cope with life but by also providing the opportunity to gain a qualification while in treatment, paving the way to a world of new possibilities. Overall I would like to just thank everyone at PRC for not only helping me restore myself but for giving me back my family.

Pathetic service. I was at Daxina medical twice today. I was told that the speedpoint isn't working I must bring cash. Now I go back with cash am told there is no admin, she is going to be only available tomorrow while there is 3 people in there .How is one expected to go up and down to a place while not well.mxm

I went to lancet in Alberton to have blood taken 15 Jan 2021 I filled it the formsgiven & gave them my Medical aid card which they took a copy ofThey entered my Details onto the computer INCORRECTLY they took blood9 Months 28 September 2021 later I get a SMS from the accounts department stating my account is outstanding I called them to Query They checked & confirmed there was a Mistake on there side & they had me down as a private patient as the person who entered the detailsat the Alberton Branch did everything wrong I was PROMISED a Call back within a Week 5-7 days STILL NOTHING I called again & was put into contact with a Call centre Supervisor Khayelihle Pelembe who sent me a mail to confirm it was escalated to a managerThis was more than a month ago Yesterday 25 10 2021 I received a callregarding my outstanding AmountI have a medical aid with Chronic Benefits which pays for thiswhy must I pay for it as it is you error & why do I receive no feedbackAll I want is to know who is going to sort this out or who do I come & seeto get this sorted out once & for All

Good service at Sunninghill hospital for Covid testing BUT WHERE IS THE IN CONTACT FORM. At Sunninghill we were not required to fill in the names of people we had been in contact with. I tested positive.My last test a Flora clinic they did fill in the forms.How are we going stop the pandemic. Tracing Warning we are being swamped by new infections.

Lancet admin and accounts Dept are in a turmoil. They have owed us money now for so long. I have emailed them many times. People do not pay them money even if they ask for it. They asked us for money and we paid. Now we have overpaid so much and we are struggling to get our money back from them. BEWARE ‼️

Went to lancet in Garden city Johannesburg only to find out that they don't do the covid test. I was sent to Auckland Park lancet only to find out out that the don't do the test weekends,but they used to. I called the call center and they also could not assist. How can they not help you during this pandemic. I was sent like a Popeye

When I arrived at Pace Recovery Centre, it really wasn't by choice. I was completely hopeless having been to various other treatment centers over the past decade, I believed I was beyond help and there was nothing Pace could offer me or teach me that I hadn't already learnt about recovery... I was wrong, at some point I gave up fighting and decided not to hide behind the masks I had become so accustomed to, I was shown, by example that Pace is a safe place where I could truly be open and honest without judgement or rejection... I was told in my first week We will love you until you learn to love yourself and then we will love you even still" words I had heard many times before... I was the type of addict that was also seeking for proof

I wanted to give an Anonymous review but realize that this is not possible. PRC has changed my life and deserve the 5 star review and cannot avoid sending it due to anonymity. The facility itself is great but what makes this place spectacular are the staff and people i shared my time with. Thanks for everything!
