Widaad gave an amazinggggg massage!!! I told her I needed some work on my back and she really worked on all the knots! I did a 90 min massage but I wish it was longer! Widaad took so much care in what my body needed at the time. Even after several days my neck and back felt so much looser than before I saw Widaad. Would highly recommend!

Sophie is an amazing instructor and the studio is a calm and relaxing space. I had thought I was too unfit and too 'large' to do pilates and how wrong I was. With Sophie's amazing one to one comments and help even in classes she helped me, gave me confidence and I am more flexible than I have been in years and feel great. She even held some classes outside which were wonderful. Her personality makes all the difference and she is a true 'True Pilates' expert who is dedicated to the practice of it.

My parents have recently visited me in New Zealand from SA after a Ozone therapy treatment at Jia Wellness Spa. Thanks to this therapy they did not experience any jet lag at all.They have previously visited us in NZ without doing this therapy beforehand and they suffered from jet lag.Word to the wise..... If you are traveling abroad anytime soon, then visit Michelle and have a Ozone therapy treatment. Your loved ones on the other side will appreciate the extra time that they have to spend with them, without jet lag.

What an amazing experience... the massages and facials was fabulous and the staff warm, friendly and going the extra mile... Definitely recommending Placecol Bram Fischer for a relaxing hour or three.

I have been with Heila now for 4 week, and the fat is melting awayShe is very professional with her customers and yet she make you feel at home. I would really refer anyone who wants to loose weight go to her for help. xxx

Decent gym, updated equipment. Bathrooms, showers specially, could do with an upgrade.

Location and views are great and a very positive environment to train in. The gym equipment has not been looked after very well especially in the weights section. The machines are rusted and require maintenance. The treadmills and spin bikes seem to be well maintained and do work. But it seems they are not focusing much on anything else. If you like doing classes and running on the treadmill then that's great. In my opinion the gym is not well equipped with a variety of equipment and it is at that point where without sufficient maintenance in another few years it wont be so great to train there inspite of the awesome location.
