Their nannies are definitely not trained at all! They have attitude and one even stole from me and when i tried to report her at the agency the lady was not even interested. would not recommend at all! oh and the lies!

Bafokeng is a great communicator to clients though he could do with a bit more interest towards the nannies too.I had a nanny for a period of 4 months and within the first month my 16 month old baby was eating chips and biscuits before 7am, when loadshedding would hit the nanny would not even bother using the gas stove to warm my baby’s food or use it to make her milk, instead she would wait for electricity to come back. The nanny gossiped about me and my partner to other members of the family. Furthermore, she also did not disclose to us her medical condition which was supposed to the job of the agent to inform us.I sent an email that about the dismissal of the nanny but have not received any feedback yet for the agent. I really wish they could give clients references and also train their nannies (money is good but ensure that nannies love their job).

They had exactly what I wanted (which no chemists I'd tried so far had), and then suggested other things I'd probably need too, which I didn't know about but in fact did need. And then, as I was deciding if I should get 2 or 3 depending on the price, I was told they came in packs of 5 for only $5 in total - I had expected much more than that for just 1.So, friendly, helpful and useful expert service at an excellent price.

Arrived at 12h10 on Saturday (27-06-2020). Only left at 13h03 to have a 9kg refilled. It was raining and storming that day with only 3 people working at the shop. 1 cashier lady, 1 gentleman on the floor and 1 person refilling at the back.No manager to assist the customers. It was choas with no indication of any que systems. At 13h00 the shop closes with more customers asking for assistance but the cashier lady and gentleman told them they dont get overtime and that the customers should wake up earlier. Cant see how you are servicing the massess on a Saturday with closing time at 13h00 and having rude, incompetent staff on a busy Saturday run the business.Will never refill here again because I want to spend my money where I am validated as a paying customer. I do believe I am not the only one, and as we know the word of mouth of the masses spead wide. Wishing you well otherwise

Rhona, and her team of wonderful, Ladies, were referred to us by a step down facility, when my Aunt was discharged after fracturing her pelvis.The carers are wonderful, they are patient and so gentle with her. Where patients is a very important factor, as she is extremely frail, both physically and mentally, as she does have dementia. They handle everything with grace and love. I honestly don't know how we coped before they came to us. Thank you Rhona, Rejoice Elizabeth and Charity, Thank you Complete Care Group, for literally rescuing us. God Bless.

The receptionist is very professional.

Lovely Christmas market that raises funds for the mentally handicapped. They have a 'tea garden' with some really affordable food. A great place to buy gifts.

Consistency and commitment is what I admire most about At Home Care most especially to Danielle Hogan and Vanessa Capcorn. I am moved by their dedication and care. There were few occasions when Danielle and Vanessa volunteered to pick up our consumables from PCH and drop them off to my house. This is when we are in dire need of these consumables. This happened in few occasions. Danielle took the consumables from PCH and then Vanessa dropped them off to my house even though it was already after hours. It means so much to us and help like this is greatly appreciated.

Had a wonderful party for my brother's 60th birthday in the new amazing tea garden. What a lovely addition to this once neglected swimming pool area.
