I went to this dentist on the 7th of January 2023 because I wanted to get a root canal as the nerve on the right side of my face under my tooth was painful for a while.1. I am on medical aid with Discovery and he kept insisting on wanting cash payment which I did not understand as I had funds on my savings. He eventually agreed to assist me when I wanted to leave and go to another dentist because he was listed as a Discovery partner, and that was my reason for going to him.2. After doing the X ray, he insisted on doing a cleaning and filling instead because he saw no need for a root canal as he believed my nerve was “worth saving”. It’s not even 6 months later now - and the pain is coming back.I would not recommend this Dentist. One of the worst - I don’t even know why he is listed as a partner on Discovery because I see many people on the reviews saying he also insisted on cash payments with them.

My experience using Silver Oaks Dental Clinic has been beyond excellent. Dr Huson and his team are extremely friendly, passionate and proffesional. I was completely at ease and reassured during every step of my process as everything was thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend Silver Oaks Dental Clinic, they are the best.

We recently relocated to Jeffreys Bay from Vanderbijlpark. I have been struggling for months with an implant crown that kept on coming loose. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Isabeau Joubert! I owe a big thank you to Dr. Joubert and her team for the professional treatment received at her dental practise in Jeffreys Bay! Dr. Joubert immediately saw what the problem was, she took new impressions and had a new crown made in Cape Town that slipped into place like a dream, no hassle, no pain! I must say, it also doesn't hurt to work with a professional dental laboratory! Thank you to Shane from Di-Ceram Dental Laboratory in Cape Town who made a perfect crown!! At the same time Dr. Joubert also replaced a gold filling on a front tooth with a porcelain filling that you can't even see! Dr. Joubert, no one else will ever touch my mouth again! Thank you so much!!!

Smileworx is an exceptional dentist practice. Amanda and her staff are friendly, approachable and ensure you feel at ease in a very clean and orderly office. Amanda listened to my needs, concerns, and questions and addressed them all. She performed a thorough examination of my oral health before recommending a treatment plan with several options for proper dental care at an affordable price. I felt at ease that Amanda is apprised and use the best and latest technology and equipment available. She continuously checked that I aren’t feeling excessive pain or discomfort with each dentalprocedure she performed. All my appointments were scheduled to suit me and I was conveniently reminded each time a day before my appointment by the receptionist. During all my visits, my health and well-being was put first. It has really been a pleasant experience being a patient at this practice.

I had terrible toothache and needed help asap as possible, within an hour after calling, I was set up for an appointment and treated. I am so impressed with the friendly and professional experience I had.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Gardy in December. We were in plett on holiday and my 8 year old son cracked 2 of his bottom teeth in half. Dr Gardy gave us excellent advice, fitted us in despite being extremely full and managed to restore my sons teeth so that they looked like nothing had happened after a very intricate procedure. My son was extremely comfortable with Dr Gardy and we would 100% recommend him.
