I really struggle to motivate myself to exercise, but through little studio I have found a way that I can get my exercise in while looking after my mind/mental health as well! It is such a lovely environment and I can confirm that no matter what instructor you get you will have a great/challenging time! (Little studio is also extremely flexible on hours which is perfect for a full-time student like myself). Perfect for any age and/or fitness level.

Today’s Mother’s Day celebration wasn’t the easiest as it’s our first Mother’s Day without our mom who passed away Feb 2022. We could however enjoy the day with my mom in law.We want to thank K&E for being professional, kind and thorough. They made us feel welcomed from the moment they met us to the moment we left. You have two amazing gems here at Therapist.

I am so glad I took the plunge and went to Body Balancing Nutrition. I have tried many different diets, training and what I thought was healthy eating and I couldn’t understand why I haven’t been able to lose weight, ever! After seeing Ash and the team they were able to explain simply what I was doing wrong and what I needed to do. At first I was a bit sceptical about it all but after reading all the positive reviews on their website I decided to give it a go. Angelique is very helpful and listens to what your goal is with regards to nutrition. She assists you by giving you the necessary tools and advice in order to achieve your goal. She is very friendly and this makes it easier so achieve your goal.

Incredible massage, left feeling recharged. The therapist was professional and skilled. She explained the treatment with excellence. Was really pleased. We had the couples massage which was great. I personally would have enjoyed the hot stones for a little longer as this was a key selling point for us but the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this and do hope to return.

Fantastic service and results! Super calm and quiet environment. Has done wonders for my lower back pain which physio, yoga and massage haven’t been able to help with, I’m locked in as a regular customer!

While attending a Carers Workshop in Kiama this week, Tim was our drumming coach. He was calming and natural. In a class of 23 participants, we all had fun and enjoyed a fantastic experience.

Excellent dr, Dr Gomes helped me in two sessions to get rid of my pain that I had for 2 years. I'm so grateful to him and can't thank him enough. He really made a big difference in my life....and I will recommend him to anyone with back, buttocks and leg pain . Dr Gomes is brilliant......
