I thought I was doing everything correctly, exercise, eating very little etc. But I was not losing weight. Rael completely changed my diet, my routine and my thinking. He chunked down my goals and I have not looked back. I didn't need a 'weight loss buddy' i.e someone to keep tabs on me- I needed an expert, and that's what I got.

Had a tooth filling. Was charged R1000 plus. After two days the filling came loose and fell out. When contacted the dentist i was informed by reception that i have to pay again for a new filling

I was referred to Dr Sue Radd’s Nutrition & Wellbeing Clinic at Castle Hill by my GP following a diagnosis of renal impairment and glucose intolerance.Sue has provided me with an invaluable insight into critical dietary and lifestyle changes that have been essential to help manage a complex set of serious health issues.Her broad knowledge, experience, expertise and commitment are second to none, she is very friendly and always takes the time to explain the rationale behind her recommendations and answer any questions.Her internationally published book “Food as Medicine” has a wide range of healthy, nutritious and tasty dishes (with emphasis on the use of lentils and legumes) and is one of our ‘go to’ recipe books.Through personal application, a wonderful supportive wife and the introduction of dietary and lifestyle changes under Sue’s and my GP’s careful direction during the past 3-4 months, I’ve managed to lose a significant amount of excess weight and both my health issues have not only stabilised but improved markedly.I cannot recommend Sue and her team highly enough.

Dr Lotz is an amazing, kind and caring doctor. He listened to everything I mentioned and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He even looked up how much the ECG would cost me before he just took me through to have it done. He also sent me for blood tests which I've always been curious to be tested for and he also phoned me early in the morning as soon as he got the results. In the phone call he didn't just get straight to the point of the results, he first checked how I am feeling today. He also waited for my consent to add other medications to the script. Thank you Dr Lotz for your compassion. And thank you to the nurse who made sure I felt comfortable when she did my ECG.

In a world filled with insane nonsense that promotes bad and potentially health threatening eating habits, Tabitha Hume stands out for her sensible, life changing approach. She listens carefully and then works with individuals to help them change their diet in a way that not only works, but lasts! Her recipes are delicious and oh so healthy. If you want to change for good I can't recommend Tabitha enough as the best dietetics professional around. She's also super flexible which works for working moms like me.

Dropped off my daughter's chronic medication form for Dr Leibrandt to complete. The receptionist Ashley attended to me. I explained to her that I will leave the form and she may phone me as I'm only staying up the road. She confirmed she will email the form back to me. Everything up to then (very professionally done). However, once I left the surgery, I was just by the window I heard a retort laugh from one of the receptionist in full view of the patients in the waiting room. Maybe because I was straight to the point, never waste my time and always come to the point on what I need done. So their response was very unprofessional. Mind you, my son was also sitting in the waiting room a couple of months ago and he came home disgusted on how the receptionist were talking about a patient who just left the surgery, once again in full view of the patients. Dr Leibrandt you should have your receptionists go on a Client Service course as we were trained at Old Mutual.15:20 pm the same afternoon - After Dr Leibrandt, personally contacting me and inviting me to come discuss the matter with him and receptionist involved. The issue was resolved. I humbly apologise for assuming the retort came from the receptionist. Apparently it was one of the patients wanting to be a clown.#RespectForDrLeibrandt#100%

Philippa helped me with a fantastic eating plan when I introduced solids to my first son more than 5 years ago. She made me feel so confident about giving him his first taste of exciting things like peanut butter and fish!And again when I had my second son who had the challenges of being prem, horrible silent reflux and was a very difficult eater.I would highly recommend Philippa and her team to anyone!
