Coach Pierre and Coach Nikita are absolutely Brilliant, Professional, Knowledgeable and are Experts at what they do. You will not find better coaches.They make you feel part of the UJF family. Will recommend to everyone for all ages and all Fitness levels.

AUM Holistic Health Hub is a fine and welcome addition to the community. I find Sanet to be very enthusiastic and extremely generous with her time and knowledge, if not wisdom. Always great to be warmly greeted with a smile from Daniel. I highly endorse this business and encourage a visit!

The Tiny Room has been a great help to my teens - we had recently moved to a new town, and these 'chat sessions' helped them better deal with frustrations related to that and being a teenager in general. I was very impressed that they were covering important issues we were dealing with in the home, which we as parents had not mentioned. I find that my kids now have more resilience, and are better able to manage frustrations

Excellent breakaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is quite a drive through long rows of apple groves. I recommend coming by bakkie but my sedan made it by going slowly. It took some getting used to. You are totally off the grid. Only solar lighting and gas for warm water and cooking. Some electricity is available at the communal area. We got to witness a thunder and lightning storm. It was incredible. The peace and tranquility Michelle gave to these mountains is absolitely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place if you need some peace in your soul. They do energy healing as well. Have a chat to Michelle while you are there. We also played a round of tennis in the middle of the mountains. What a setting. Swimming in rock pools was my highlight and I will definitely be back.

Although I didn't loose as much weight as I was hoping to, I loved the process, getting into a different way of eating, working through my emotional eating, the daily check in by Marina was great, motivating and she was always available to answer any questions and add some motivation on the tough days!
