I recently ordered online from Super Pharmacy and had a great customer service experience. Aoibheann was very friendly and helpful and kept me updated on the status of my order. I had a bad experience trying to order the same product from another website recently with express shipping and am still waiting nearly two and a half weeks later, so it was a great relief to find the product on Super Pharmacy and have it delivered express within a couple days. I also spoke with the customer team in Sydney who were just as helpful and friendly. Happy customer and will definitely use Super Pharmacy again!

After years of using this pharmacy as a family, averaging $150 + per month. I requested they Webster pack my 91 year old mother’s medications and were informed that they only do it for people living in North Perth. So much for the way they treat loyal customers.

3 years ago or so I bought prescriptions here and the pharmacist was so friendly and tried for giving a good price as low as she can. Today I came to buy over counter item and she is still working here, awesome! She's still friendly as like years ago.Another good thing was the item I bought cheaper than other online chemists. The prescription I asked cheaper than others too. Not sure about other stuff, maybe some are more pricey.

Awful and shocking service after many years of going here. Fobbed off by an underdog and then told by the pharmacist they were too busy to help me. OMG. Went to chemist warehouse and was treated better. DO NOT GO HERE. Nasty People.

Came in here for the first time today and a lovely lady naned Janette helped me. I usually go to chemist warehouse for my miscellaneous pharmacy needs but will definitely be back here after the service today. Very happy with my online shopping experience. Products were a great price and delivery was quicker than expected.

Friendly, helpful staff is what will keep me returning to this pharmacy. Made a phone enquiry first of all and spoke to the most helpful Irish lady, only to call back again the following day to have some items put on hold and spoke to another helpful staff member, Perri, who even offered to have them delivered to me. I chose to go in store to collect my items and felt very comfortable as all staff were very welcoming.

Absolutely smashing it out of the park. Ordered my medication over the weekend and had it Wednesday afternoon with free shipping. I also saved an extra $5/6 as chemist warehouse were actually more expensive. I like the auto order option so will look at getting more of my medication from you moving forward.Thanks!

Yet again I’m just in awe of the fantastic service from you guys! Ordered my prescription stuff on Wednesday and it was delivered Friday to my house in Busselton! Great service and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even better, I saved $40 on 4 scripts, didn’t need to leave the house and the packaging was all recyclable.
