I called PVC telling them that we were moving out of our lease wanted to get our house cleaned as we didn’t have the time ourselves. Didn’t care what we pay just as long as it was done to a standard and we get our bond back. We live in a 4 by 2 single story. We were quoted for an end of lease quote and paid $1405.00. No issues. A couple of days later our realestate agent came back with some feedback saying that there were somethings needed to be cleaned. We got the report and sent it to PVC so that the cleaner can come back and rectify it. Then a couple of days later the realestate agent came back to us with more feedback saying that there were scuff marks in walls, light fixtures weren’t cleaned, dishwasher not cleaned. The cleaner had emptied cleaning chemicals ( guessing from the carpet cleaner) down the drain that’s on the car port leaving a bleached stain on the carport. I called one of the girls saying that we got this negative feedback from the realestate agent, she was really nice and told me to forward it to their email and they will have a look and try to sort it out. I told her there are some feedback regarding the backyard/lawn please disregard it obviously has nothing to do with cleaning. And she said yep all good we’ll just look at the cleaning stuff. I forwarded the email and a lady called Jo sent me an email saying‘have had a look at your photos, gardens and exterior work are not included, wall washing and blinds are also not included. Regarding walls we only wipe finger prints off around light switches. The walls you have pictured would be $20/wall to clean, blinds standard price is $30/blind.’I replied letting her know that the exterior is obviously not part of the service that I paid for and to ignore it. I was really disappointed that after paying a large amount for a cleaning service expecting that everything would be cleaned and it’s not really sucks. Asked her as well what about the carport that’s as bleached and they literally ghosted me.Pretty disappointing, will not be coming back and definitely do not recommend them

Had the same experience as Claire. I am still cleaning after their 'thorough' exit-cleanup. The company simply believes the word of the supervisor (who by the way disappeared for 3 hours) who said that everything was fully cleaned. Apparently washing walls isn't part of a standard exit-cleanup... Seriously?
