I'm seated in your reception area as I write this review. The receptionist is extremely rude, while she has a prolonged conversation on the telephone, eating cake and sipping on iced tea and milkshake. When she does eventually get to me, shes extremely unaccomodating to my needs and has the attitude that I should rather leave than attempt to be sympathetic to my x day needs. A second staff member was brought in to explain again why they cant assist me and refuse to contact my referring doctor.

I went to the facility to scan my soil sample. They are very welcoming and eager to help and understand what you are looking for. They were always available when I requested to see them even on short notice, which was cool for me considering the time pressure of my skripsie. Their service is amazing and the CTscan produced great results which I'm thankful for.

Parramatta Medical and Dental Centre
Poor knowledge of receptionists who book appointments and doesn’t know if doctor can do it. An example is appointment was booked to get fit to work certificate but receptionist doesn’t know or at least check with doctor before booking appointment. At the end doctor cannot give this over tele consultation. And you have to pay for this consultation for someone else poor knowledge.
