I'm seated in your reception area as I write this review. The receptionist is extremely rude, while she has a prolonged conversation on the telephone, eating cake and sipping on iced tea and milkshake. When she does eventually get to me, shes extremely unaccomodating to my needs and has the attitude that I should rather leave than attempt to be sympathetic to my x day needs. A second staff member was brought in to explain again why they cant assist me and refuse to contact my referring doctor.

Unfortunately i won't be returning here, due to the constant harrasment of R230. As i said, as soon as i can drive after my c-section i will come pay. No need to remind me every second day and no you only informed me after 7 weeks as you tried to claim from my medical aid first, then i just had my c section. So please nothing was 3 months outstanding, from when i was informed.

The wineland Radiology team is an exceptionally well trained team. Fast, on time, reliable and competent. I don't know what better to say. I think three appointments, one MRI, 12 images and one sonography are enough to judge how things are going. Simply top

Very professional service. Nasreen is so friendly and she makes the scan a beautiful experience. She is very informed and gives you full details about the baby and you don’t leave with questions. I truly recommend her practice!!!

Your Busamed Paardevlei staff is absolutely not a good example of how people should be treated. Rude, definitely needs a refresher course on how to deal with the paying public. I would expect this behaviour from a government department.Now for my 5 stars. In the end I went to your branch at Day Cure Paardevlei. Gary and Priscilla are outstanding examples of how people should be treated. Kindness, compassion, helpful, and caring. Amazing people! I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart.As for Busamed Paardevlei receptionist. Remember, people react to the way they are being treated. Me walking out and getting upset and frustrated was a reflection on how I was treated.
