This is the worst gym I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d join a different gym. All good life care about is getting money. They don’t show customer care at all- it’s all just fake. I was never shown how to use the machines, that was an extra cost. I ended up in hospital, and couldn’t attend work, and the gym, and they kept ringing looking for payments, I paid 100 dollars for that time despite giving them a medical certificate for the dates included. Then they text again to say my account was overdue. I called to say if paired and somehow there was another 15 dollars charge. They make it difficult for people to cancel contracts and I feel scammed. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this gym, it’s got poor customer service and clearly only cares about money

Fantastic Bodytec branch! Highly recommended. Themba is a wonderful and dynamic instructor. After completing my Black Friday Special course, I have now joined full time - I’m loving it !!

From Staff to Loyal Member - what can I say .. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!!Top equipment, big open space, great friendly inviting Atmosphere from staff and it’s members , 24/7 access, fresh up to date tunes and all your supplements needs for sale at the same place. Bathrooms are big and clean, which is great for getting ready for work in the mornings.

The place has the best view , a mountain in full aerial view . The playground is always clean and the people who work here respect all the people who visit

After a joining f45 olympic park in a one week free trial I feel in love! Although I am a relatively new member of the community I have enjoyed every session and I am so looking forward to more. The instructors are extremely welcoming and I have enjoyed there friendly faces welcoming me daily. Excited and most of all motivated for what's to come with f45 olympic park!

Amazing facilities with great coaches and management!

I went to the building more than ten times now and they not helping me cancel what I didn’t agree on they keep on saying they’ll call me later until now, the service I’ve received there is very low and very poor the girls don’t know how to treat all customers the same and its very pathetic how she was confident on explaining the promotions and terms and conditions to me but can’t resolve my issue that she deliberately initiated while knowing exactly what she’s doing, I’m very disappointed on the service because if it wasn’t how she signed me up, I would have been able to agree happily so if she allowed me time that I asked for but she insisted because she lack professionalism as she always angry at customers, I need my details to be removed ASAP, as I’m not owning Planet Fitness because I’ve never even touched their equipment and I don’t even know what color is their tag. Your assistance will be appreciated.
