Outstanding customer service! Jimmy responded to my WhatsApp immediately and professionally. He collected my microwave within hours. Came back to me the next day with a quote as promised. It was then repaired within less than 24hrs and dropped back at my home on a Saturday afternoon so we weren’t stuck without a microwave for the weekend. So efficient and excellent service. Thank you!

Wish I had read all these negative reviews before contacting Van Biljoens. I did not do that, so it cost me 2 visits from them and R3000 tot find a gas leak (no reparation included).I will NEVER again use their services is any way.

Send my Snappy Chef in for repairs. Specifically asked them to tend to and glue fast the rubber feet seeing that they tend to fall out. Received Snappy Chef back with one feet totally missing. Turns out they lost it! The new rubbers they send does not fit seeing that they are smaller. Very frustrated to work on a wobbly Snappy....Not happy at all! :(

This company came to repair my washing machine with LG tried to make out that the filter was blocked and it was my fault. The engineer held a metal circular trim in his hand and said it was not a manufacturing issue when I looked up the most common issues with LG machines. It clearly said that the metal seal breaks so it’s clearly a manufacturers issue not mine. They tried to charge me money saying it’s my fault $145 I said I would not pay it. I’m now fighting IG to get my money back for the machine. I don’t want to have a company at cons people. This is absolutely bloody disgusting in my books. I’m going to consumer affairs if it’s not sorted very quickly this company are scammers

Sales rep advised they had no stock of item I needed, he promptly placed order and said he would contact me when it had arrived. He was true to his word .THANK YOU.

I've had my Snappy Traveller for about 8 - 9 years. It's been on every 4x4 trip throughout Southern Africa, as well as numerous overland business trips. So, it was bound to show a bit of wear and eventually the top became loose but my Snappy was still working fine. I was worried it might become damaged to use it like this and took it in for a service and repair. They fixed it perfectly for a minimum fee (just labour) and even couriered it back to me free of charge within 2 days! Just brilliant service and a great product!

Needed a Ilve Oven and hinges replaced. Called and spoke to a fantastic team member who helped with my query, allowed me to send photos of problem and then had the service team quote for the repair. Paid for parts and they were delivered and installed with 5 days of call. Very friendly and knowledgeable service person arrived and replaced oven door and hinges. No fuss, no problems and very quick. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend. Great price for parts and service call.
