I went for my very first mammogram. From start to finish the staff were friendly and efficient and made me feel totally at ease. Left feeling exhilarated. Well done.

Appointments were moved last minute. When arrived after having spoken to them numerous times they said ultrasound was not possible without doctors note which they had not checked or informed us of in advance. Living out of the country and planning appointments for the short period in SA meant we were unable to get an important health scan done. They were not apologetic at all and watched how rude one of the receptionists was to an older patient needing assistance. Understand they are busy but for people worried about health concerns the way they deal with patients from this one experience is disappointing.

Arrogant and unfriendly receptionist called Minette. It felt like we were bothering them and couldn't ask any questions without receiving a attitude from her. I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else.

Super friendly and helpful staff not just at the front desk but through out the facilities, which is great especially when you not at your best. They are quick and efficient while being very professional. Parking is free and plentiful. With a drop off area right at the entrance which is wheelchair accessible. Excellent upgrade of the entire building
