Mammography service

Thank you all for your kindness. It was my 1st time I went for a Mammogram and Biohopsy. You worked very gently with me and I didn't even feel any pain at all.

Professional from beginning to end. Ladies in front were not only efficient but also morally supportive to a very nervous lady waiting. The mammogram was completely painless and i was made to feel very comfortable.

Was told there was authorisation for my vacuum core biopsy....which was most traumatic... but did not explain that I would need to pay 9K for tissue testing. Also waited 2 weeks for the results. Not happy.

Femrad Medimix AlbertonStaff is so friendly and really put one at ease with each procedure. Recently had a mammogram, sonar and FNA done at Femrad. Unfortunately my results were only e-mailed to me and not my doctor. I had to collect my results after sonar and was told they do not include the hard copies of the sonar images. Are we not paying for it?? When my drdid not receive anything after the sonar I asked them nicely to ensure my doctor receives the FNA results. He only received the lab results and no results from Femrad. This is the health of people you are playing with. PLEASE follow up when you e-mail results and please explain why photographs are not included?

Staff and doctor were fantastic, and always making sure their patients are 100%. Highly recommendable!

Poor patient care and rude staff at the Constantiaberg Mediclinic!

Having e mailed on a Sunday for an emergency mammogram, I was contacted at 7:10am on Monday morning. I arrived 20 minutes later. I received the most phenomenal professional service, and was seen immediately. They have the most state of the art equipment. The place is modern and spotlessly clean. A pleasure to go to such a top notch establishment.

I have experienced a very long waiting time of more than 1hour and 15 minutes.

Friendly and professional. Calmed a first-timer. Not painful at all.
