R RAGHUBIR RADIOGRAPHY (X-RAY - ULTRASOUND - BONE DENSITY - BODY COMPOSITION)

I'm seated in your reception area as I write this review. The receptionist is extremely rude, while she has a prolonged conversation on the telephone, eating cake and sipping on iced tea and milkshake. When she does eventually get to me, shes extremely unaccomodating to my needs and has the attitude that I should rather leave than attempt to be sympathetic to my x day needs. A second staff member was brought in to explain again why they cant assist me and refuse to contact my referring doctor.

Best quality work and efficient service all the time. Rowan and his team go out of his way to make the patients feel well taken care of…

Where do I begin.They mixed my 8-year-old grand daughter's X-Rays with those of my wife (56).The actual X-Ray's have the wrong names on them.As a result, the analysis stated that my wife, who has many severe health conditions was apparently in good shape, while my granddaughter, an 8-year-old had the enlarged heart and the lungs of a 56-year-old.It led to absolute panic, and many many more tests and consults with professionals.When I approached the owner he admitted his error and then went on to victim shame" me by suggesting that we were rude and that this was probably why this happened.. (as if we had brought this on ourselves.)Retribution for our "bad behaviour".What I expected is an unqualified apology for harm caused.What we got was a rant.Healthcare without the "care".They say you get what you pay for.In this case we might have paid a little less but what we got was really really really bad.There are some jobs where one is not allowed to be human and make errors.The pilot and the surgeon being examples. They aren't allowed to make mistakes so there have to be safety checks and double checks.Labs like this should not be allowed to make errors that can destroy lives."

Very kind,friendly and courteous staff.Compared to some other places I've been to before being recommended this place by my doctor,your guys prices are so affordable but yet offer such professional service at the same time.My sincere gratitude to the sonographer Thobi.She was extremely warm,kind and caring and it can be easily seen that she has such a passion and loves her job and helping people which is really admirable!!Keep up the excellent work guys,you will certainly reach greater heights!!Would highly recommend this place!!

I am extremely upset with the level of service I received from this practice today I have come here on more then one occasion and have never felt so low like today. I was told to sit outside which is fine but only to see the staff allowing others into the practice to wait. This is utter nonsense everyone shud be treated the same. Its not like we coning to do our xrays for free we are paying clients and shud be treated with dignity.

Best price after doing some research. The professional young African tech who did my scan had some of the best bedside manners I have come across in 53 years - well done young man!

My mother rushed me to Dr today as I had just fractured my knee. I was in immense pain sitting outside but we were told that we can’t be assisted because a doctor didn’t refer us. Ok fair enough, however it’s quite evident as to what x-rays need to be done in my case of emergency. Furthermore, my mother was even ignored by the receptionist when trying to seek help for me for the second time. It seems that even in serious measures there’s no hope. I went to another radiologist practice on Randles Rd and they helped me immediately. There’s no excuse for rude and pathetic service from your staff. Lack of humanity. It seems the Hippocratic oath is taken as a joke here . Definitely will NEVER come back and highly disappointed with DR Ragubhir!!
