Very friendly staff. Clean and great doctors

Dr Gert Bezuidenhout is the worst Primary Caregiver (GP) I have encountered. He referred me last month to a specialist. I made an appointment with the specialist but I was very unhappy with his unprofessional approach. Somebody I certainly would not like to continue with. As Bezuidenhout had referred me I felt that I should share my experience with him. He in the end was the one who had referred me. When I attempted to give him feedback of my negative experience I was told that he never had any negative feedback on the specialist and that if I wanted to share my experience with him I had to make an appointment for a normal consultation and pay for it. I could not believe it. My GP, who had referred me wanted me to book a consult with him in order for me to tell him myexperience. Unacceptable.Even after explaining to the manager of the practice how I felt about it Bezuidenhout’s position did not change: I had to pay for telling him my experiences with the specialist HE referred me too.I have requested my medical file and looked for another GP. Probably more of a money making practitioner rather than someone that has his patient’s interest at heart. This is the NEW SOUTH AFRICA no care for your patients.

Elke keer as ek n afspraak by n dr het is ek vanaf 10 tot 30 minute later in gevat. Hoekom kan die dr's nie tyd na kom en ons as pasiënte se tyd respekteer nie. Ek meen 8:30 is 8:30. As ek laat is kan ek verstaan
