I bought mini chocolate and red velvet, my neighbor doesn't stop raving about how delicious and fresh the cakes were. Wish you could make provision for the other flavors, orange and others. Overall I was happy

Couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday! Food and service were impeccable, all my guests had the most fantastic night. Would recommend this a thousand times over. Thank you so much to Miles and Co!

Did a pastry course. Had expert teaching with a very relaxed atmosphere. Got to taste our efforts at the end - top notch. Best pasteis de nata I've ever had (not pictured). Great for a group of friends or for professionals wanting to upskill.

I was referred to Dr Sue Radd’s Nutrition & Wellbeing Clinic at Castle Hill by my GP following a diagnosis of renal impairment and glucose intolerance.Sue has provided me with an invaluable insight into critical dietary and lifestyle changes that have been essential to help manage a complex set of serious health issues.Her broad knowledge, experience, expertise and commitment are second to none, she is very friendly and always takes the time to explain the rationale behind her recommendations and answer any questions.Her internationally published book “Food as Medicine” has a wide range of healthy, nutritious and tasty dishes (with emphasis on the use of lentils and legumes) and is one of our ‘go to’ recipe books.Through personal application, a wonderful supportive wife and the introduction of dietary and lifestyle changes under Sue’s and my GP’s careful direction during the past 3-4 months, I’ve managed to lose a significant amount of excess weight and both my health issues have not only stabilised but improved markedly.I cannot recommend Sue and her team highly enough.

Candice made my hens party cake, my wedding cake and my wedding cupcakes and OH MY WORD, there is nothing in this world that compares to the flavor and texture of these cakes. It is literally the BEST cake a girl could ever have and they are so exquisitely and sophisticatedly designed with such a touch of extra love. Candice goes over and above and truly is such a beautiful person to deal with. I wish I could have her in my kitchen daily! I would consider these the best cakes and cupcakes in Africa, without any fear of contradiction, I would seriously go that far. To die for, you will not be disappointed! I don't have pictures of the cakes but the day where the cake was such a beautiful blessing.

We did a couples’ Italian home made pasta class. The format was not clearly explained over their site or on email- the “class” is a community style cooking format, where everyone is responsible for a different dish or course. You don’t get to choose which dish, unless you’ve emailed and requested for it first which we found out only when we got to class. So some couples actually got to make ravioli and fettuccine while we got stuck making dessert.The recipes were all very basic, and while everyone got a shot at the pasta machine there was no instruction on the dough, hydration or various techniques for making different types of pasta. The cannelloni was store bought because it takes too long to make but there was zero instruction on how to actually make cannelloni, even in theory. This is definitely not worth the money if you are looking for an actual pasta class. It might be something you’d enjoy as a team building or with friends but this is not a class for serious skill learning. As the host mentioned a few times, she’s not a chef, she’s a home cook. She can give you basic instructions if you’ve never boiled an egg before but don’t expect detailed instruction or theory. Not worth the money.
