Extremely overpriced, R800 for 2 rubber seals for a clutch pipe. Seals not available at after market shops, therefore I feel they are increasing prices because nobody else has them available.

Waiting area Is good with wifi but the last two times I went there waited for most of the day to get bakkie serviced while people came and went

Rating changed as Williams Hunt resolved issue...Thank youHighly disappointed with this service centre. Booked my vehicle on Sat, 3rd Sep22. They phoned me @11h00 to perform additional work. Collected my vehicle at 12h00 and they charged me for 2 hours of labour instead of 1 hour. They later phoned me to refund me and I must provide them with proof of banking details as well as copy of ID which I provided straight away. It has been nearly 2 weeks and Williams Hunt, The Glen has still not refunded me. Everyone reading this be careful of this service centre as they will rip you off and overcharge you.....

Recently had the privilege of visiting the friendly staff at AGG northcliff again to purchase a new vehicle. Its not common to be received friendly, efficiently and welcoming anymor, by not just the sales team, but also the DP. They just give me that “good old school service delivery ” vibe. Which is why I prefer to buy vehicles there. Thank you Fred Wilson and the rest of the team for an effortless exercise and great quality vehicle.

If I never have to deal with this dealership again it will be too soon. Honestly my experience over the past 4 months has left much to be desired in terms of customer service, besides my current car, I doubt I will ever own a Peugeot again.edit- to where do I send my details?

Took my girlfriends 2016 opel corsa in for a major service a month ago . Now engine light comes on and the fanbelt squeaks. Surely they should have picked the issue up when they were doing the service a month ago in the inspection. Also to get a hold of Lerato at the service department is a nightmare call disconnects and I keep on getting put through to different people, had to call 3 times ! How can a huge multi car brand dealership only have one person to book a car in for a service? Let’s hope they can actually fix the issue with the car this time will update my review to 3 stars if they do .
