My reviews with dealerships in the past haven't been the greatest. After sales support is horrendous once the deal has concluded.I must commend Halfway Ford Waterfall for providing me with the requested parts, and delivering the parts as well at no extra cost. They have a fast, friendly service from sales to delivery which is great for customer relationship management.I must also commend the parts salesman, Hassan, for paying attention to detail for the items I requested. He provided me with quotes very quickly and was able to ship the parts to me within two working days, even though the parts were a special order.I will definitely make purchases from this Ford in future.

Personally there's a huge improvement from the way the staff treats us and workmanship since they moved to the new premises. I love it

I feel very unsafe with Ford. First, my car was in Potchefstroom for 3 days and I received it back ... still with the broken clutch.Then, I was stranded for 3 hours at night on the side of a road and had to phone Ford roadside assist 3 times before they got it right to send the tow truck. (this was because I broke down with the clutch that wasn't fixed in the first place)Then, I waited 3 weeks to get my car back after a dispute about my clutch that was still under warranty.Lastly, I received the car back, dusty and dirty ..;. not even cleaned.I will never buy a Ford again.
