I've had a problem with my Citroën C2 and subsequently contacted Citoeën Rivonia, where I explained my problem to Wian.He suggested I had the car towed in the following day, which I did and met Wian personally.I just want to say that I have had a most pleasant experience with him as he went out of his way to accommodate and fix the problem. He was most curtious and attentive.He directed me to have the rim repaired and suggested where I should go for a new key.It is seldom that one receives such outstanding service and attention even though the workshop was extremely busy. He was running too and fro without being distracted. He is definitely a great asset to your company.I will frequent this business very deffinately again, should I experience car trouble again.

How do we give 6 stars on a review?From the first moment we walked in the experience was simply WOW. WOW showroom, WOW cars in display, WOW service, WOW deal. Even the Dealer Principal came to greet us on the floor. Christo (sales person) was very helpful and had all the info we needed to make a decision. In less than 24 hours from walking in, we are driving out with our new Peugeot.Well done to the team for providing premium service for a premium car.

A most dissapointing and unpleasant experience. I would most certainly not recommend them to repair my motor vehicle.

Do not ever take your car to this dealer for service & repairs. They will refuse responsibility of negligent damage. I also encountered an unprofessionally verbally abusive mechanic in full sight of other service employees. Their service manager wouldn't even afford a paying customer the decency of their time...Peugeot Rivonia your response below is both misleading and not addressing all my concerns that I raised. I went to great lengths to provide sufficient evidence that your dealership was solely responsible for the damage. No other person/company handled the damage on the vehicle prior to me returning the vehicle to your dealer. After I provided own evidence, your dealer mechanic opted to become verbally abusive in the presence of other employees and no steps were taken to address my concerns.

They don't know what they are doing .....please don't take your car to them there is a french specialist in randburg by the name of avi he knows these cars .....this people will over charge you for everything but won't fix anything they can't even fix a simple radio,
