We love dealing with the entire team at Artmar. Always friendly and they know exactly how to make you feel special. We have always been given great service over our long standing relationship. A special mention to Megan who never disappoints us when we need her, but in the end, together as a team they make it work.

Shocking experience, my brand new counters had to be replaced by Artmar as I was not prepared to accept stone counters with hairline cracks, chips and scratches ; after being replaced, I am still left with a defect in my basin area. Time frame was also totally unacceptable and constantly had to follow up.Definitely would not recommend !

Better workshop facilities

I want to warn othe customers about their travertine tiles. We paid R1000 to have 11 tiles done with an edging. I thought the tiles weren't included as it approximately worked out double the price per tile. However when they delivered I found out that is wasn't the case. Basically we paid R1800 for 11 tiles, absolutely daylight robbery. A other company would have done it for R20 a tile. I am absolutely stunned how this company think this is acceptable after taking Ng it up with them.

I made a trip from Swaziland to Ballito for cladding as Sandstone Story in Swaziland did not have what we were looking for. I placed an ordered and then made another trip to Ballito to collect my order when ready. When work on the cladding started we discovered that our order was mixed with the incorrect colour stone. Sandstone Story Ballito now expects me to return the incorrect stone at my own costs, or alternatively wait, indefinitely, until they have someone in Swaziland place another order before they correct their mistake. Shocking customer service!

Outstanding service from Megan. She is extremely professional & efficient, getting back with the information required within minutes of the inquiry. What a pleasure to deal with a salesperson that takes so much pride in what she's doing. I will recommend Artmar because of the sterling service received from Megan! Thank you very much Megan.

Megan at Artmar was so helpful in her design and product knowledge. Her cheerful not a problem attitude is refreshing. Our order came 600km to us with out a hitch.Thanks again Megan. You are a star!

I recently purchased tiles for my new build from Sandstone story and needed additional tiles due to an issue with my island. It was only noticed that a different batch had been supplied once the new tiles were laid. When I went back to the Sandstone story I was referred back to my T&Cs and was told I should have ordered more originally. As there was no more of the original batch in stock and they could not locate any additional supplies I was left with no solution. Their customer service post sales left me feeling as if they had washed their hands of me. I am please to say I have subsequently found a solution with Malls tiles, Durban. I have not bought tiles from them before but have found their customer service to be 5*.

Thanks to Abby for the best and most efficient service. She really went above and beyond to source exactly what I was looking for. Artmar is much better priced than competitors and amazing service from very helpful staff.Will not be shopping anywhere else.
