Williams Hunt The Glen

Rating changed as Williams Hunt resolved issue...Thank youHighly disappointed with this service centre. Booked my vehicle on Sat, 3rd Sep22. They phoned me @11h00 to perform additional work. Collected my vehicle at 12h00 and they charged me for 2 hours of labour instead of 1 hour. They later phoned me to refund me and I must provide them with proof of banking details as well as copy of ID which I provided straight away. It has been nearly 2 weeks and Williams Hunt, The Glen has still not refunded me. Everyone reading this be careful of this service centre as they will rip you off and overcharge you.....

Covid 19 regulation on place. Temperature, registra. Sanitazer too. Good servis. We went to see some cars, specially Peguot. We were happy.

It took my new Isuzu D-max in to William Hunt The Glen on the 7th of March 2023 for its 15 000km service. I was informed that there is a recall on the front calipers which they had to check. I am sure in order to do so they had to take off my vehicles front wheels. A few days later there was a strange noise and a vibration on the steering wheel. I took it back to them to have checked. They advised that one wheel stud was broken off and the other ones stretched. Therefore all need to be replaced. They said that they would call me in a week in order to arrange a date and time for the studs to be replaced. However I have had no communication from them and when I call them they keep on ignoring me. We are now in April and still no word from them. It is now so bad that I am not able to drive my vehicle. Worst after sales service I have ever experienced.

Very Bad Service especially from the Service section. The lady by the name of Tracy was very rude and didn't care less when u called to find out about the driver I had to make means to go fetch my car.
