Volkswagen dealer

Prices on their service for diesels are sky high .I ordered my service parts instore and they made me wait had to go back to the parts department and enquire .Then only the parts decided to come once I enquired the second time.Very Unprofessional

A friend recommended Next Gen.I took the plunge and booked in my wife's Polo 6R for a major service.Aircon also serviced with some fancy machine,which vacuums old gas, adds lube and refills. This was all new to me, and still cheaper than the guys on the side of the road. Tyron is such a humble guy and staff friendly too. Needless to say, my experience was nothing but stellar.

Today we visited the dealer to buy a car, we have received a 5 star treatment from Kabelo and Rika, they were so great, I can't still believe that there are still vehicle dealership like Wonderboom VW, there have listened to our needs and treated us like they only client's....

Really good dealer when it comes to service special on VW cars that are out of service plans. They do a thorough job on the job insisted to be done. But they lack two things. Waiting area very blend with no tea or charging ports for those waiting for there vehicles to work and lastly the downfall for the less 1 star is. Cooked up stories of your vehicle needed more than what is required when it's in service. From brake pads to even your windscreen has chips they can fix and even wheel alignment for a car that is within spec and drives straight . If they want to upsale to customers they should do it the honest way thou...

You wait for more that 2 hours for drivers to drop you off when taking a car for service. Imagine waiting from 8H00 to 11H00 for a driver. A whole morning wasted, and you still have to come back to collect your car after service. You literally need to take a day off at work or stop everything else, just so you can dedicate the whole day for a car service.

The place is so clean and they were so fast with the service. Great place to be.

Most useless vw dealership ever. Right from the dealer principle to the staff. Calls are never answered or returned. Vehicle goes in for service and comes back with scratched paintwork. After much calls and emails nothing is done to repair the scratches. I will never recomend anybody to buy or service their cars at this dealership.

I've always sent my car here for a service and it's always something new. This time my car has a wrong VIN NUMBER and they lost my service book and gave me someone's service book.They always get my service fees incorrect. Honestly I don't know why I keep going back.Generally bad service. Very very poor.
