Dr Deena Govender educated me about the effects anxiety has on the body, its causes, the science behind it and coping mechanisms. I learned things about myself that I never would have realized on my own. His naturally calm and relaxed demeanor allowed me to open up (safe space) to talk about things I would usually keep bottled up. After helping me understand the root of the issue, I was also given insightful and actionable advice that I may put to use now and in the future. Definitely Recommend!!!

I started to work with Kutlwano few months ago and I feel like I have been working with them for years. They have good expects, they give you Medico Legal reports that you need and they are so professional. It's also great working with you guys keep the good work.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. If I could give 0 stars, I would.I went in as I needed a referral to get into a mental health hospital as I was EXTREMELY depressed. It was to the point where I was going to give up.I saw the doctor and let him know the above and expressed how depressed I was. He was incredibly rude to me - to the point where I WALKED OUT CRYING. My partner continued the consultation without me as I urgently needed to get into this hospital.The way I was treated was disgusting, especially as I was in such a bad state of mind. I have never walked out of an appointment before in tears. Terrible service.To make it worse, I have read all these reviews for this doctors office and it is shocking that management has done nothing to improve the service. I just see bad review after bad review with promises of raising the issue to the manager. This has clearly not been done or the management team just do not care.I HIGHLY do not recommend going to this doctors office - Go honestly anywhere else

It's a sad day when you call a docters room and ask if they can please assist with an emergency to put stitches in your daughter's face and the receptionist says, sorry we are fully booked we can't help you. I remember the day's there was an oath... we would have waited if we had to but the cold response is just a sad case.

Our firm was given excellent service by Simon from Kutlwano & Associate . We were provided with regular updates. I would definitely recommend them to other.

If I could give zero stars I would. One seems generous. Dr Franette van Deventer is so rude. If you cannot work with children, then maybe you should not be a family doctor. I recommend you brush up on your people skills. It's not that hard to be kind to a 5 year old
