Lamp shade supplier

Order 28195 placed on the 06th of August 2019, still not delivered. My emails are not replied to. I can only hope I haven't been scammed, but looking at other reviews I still have a flicker of hope.

Not to many parking. Any kid off shades and lamps you need you will find their. They have a super sale on the lamps . You can have your own design and they will make it.There is big and small orders for shops to sell lamps and shades for lamps.Very helpful staff and very clean in the shop. There are toilets.You can mix and match lamps and shades to your liking. You can ask for a discount. They have children room lighting as well.

I fitted my house with tha same Radiant Ceiling fan code JX01A about 3 years ago. They are still being sold. 2 of lamp covers broke. Have been trying to order new covers for 2 years now. Only to be told it is out of stock. Even spoke to the Gauteng Rep for Radiant. Nothing came of promise to have it ordered. Terrible service

Just stopped past this fantastic store. I have always known of Sotran, and have brought a few items in the past from this store.Their new location is fantastic as the store is far bigger than their previous location.If you are looking for unique pieces of furniture the this is the spot to stop at. Honestly they have some amazing items on the floor for sale but I will be honest their prices are not cheap, their target demographic is aimed more at the upper class, who want pieces that stand out from your average furniture store.The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming when entering their store.So if you are looking for that unique piece that makes your home stand out from the average home, then this is the place to visit.I’ll definitely be back soon to place my order on a few items.

Love their furniture! Very unique and a must visit for all those signature pieces! Their furniture will be the focus point of any room in your house. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. Keep it up guys!

I've been unfortunate to buy a few LED globes from Radiant and none of them lasted even a 1/20th of the expected lifetime. Utter rubbish. Rather buy a trusted brand.

Very friendly sales person. Very helpful!My daughter enjoys her Christmas present so much. She uses her glass and wood ornament as a very decorative fish bowl!

Lovely lamp and shade, very good customer service (called specifically to confirm that the shade I chose was the correct one and sent me a picture of what the final result would look like). I would definitely recommend them.

Great place to check out all their products. It's a show room and they don't sell to the public.

Disgusting customer service from the owner Sandra. If you do happen to order anything, make sure you read the jobcard that you have to sign. And then she accuses you of making 'use' of it for a function! No wonder they want full payment on ordering! You won't get your money back wanting to return. See before paying. Lesson learnt! Contact me should you wish to read the thread of my dealings with Sandra. What she says below in not the truth. And I have the proof.
