Effective and professional functional fitness training with no ego to be found. Brett is a great coach who works according to a plan and keeps you honest. Since training with him, I have not had one running injury and have never felt stronger. You also won't find a more affordable gym in Cape Town.

Always clean and well maintained, beautiful roses. My Mother has been here for 7 years and been very happy. Not sure about frail-care, but independent living is a pleasure. A noon that there is a stylish new shopping centre directly across the road (Rand Steam).

When life's circumstances leave no option but to have to place a loved one into frail care, it's a very heartbreaking and scarey journey to find a suitable facility, especially for a patient suffering from Dementia & Alzheimers, where communication is extremely challenging, which makes for other critical personal needs more difficult to be met.The facility (house) is nestled in a lovely tranquil garden and offers all the comforts of home. It was very reassuring that daily health monitoring charts were in place and that I was actually properly updated and consulted on any needs or issues for the love of my life.I am deeply & will forever be grateful to Bianca (facility owner) and her team for not only the excellent caring whilst taking into account and consideration of my husband's dignity during this awful disease, but also for the love, support, and always, always going beyond that extra mile for both of us- it really just seemed like it was never an effort !

Made a decision 2 year's ago to become fitter and more healthier. My trainer Brett as been very patient with me and has given me boost in confidence. I have gained a lot of strength and feel much more comfortable with myself. I have a few more changes to make before I set an actual goal.Thank you to everyone at Top Primate, always friendly and happy to see new and old faces.I'm extremely proud of myself for making the best decision with a great couch and gym.

This place is not just taking care of our kids but mostly it's a place where kids feel at home and have found safety. I love it when I say kids from this creche all communicate using the English language.

Juan-Dre is a fantastic coach and offers incredible training that is both professional and also personally tailored to each individual! Top Primate accommodates all levels and I've seen my own fitness and technical skill improve radically!

Best Muay Thai studio in town. The coach pushes you hard and constantly gives you feedback so you could improve your performance! Strongly recommended for everyone!
