The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. If I could give 0 stars, I would.I went in as I needed a referral to get into a mental health hospital as I was EXTREMELY depressed. It was to the point where I was going to give up.I saw the doctor and let him know the above and expressed how depressed I was. He was incredibly rude to me - to the point where I WALKED OUT CRYING. My partner continued the consultation without me as I urgently needed to get into this hospital.The way I was treated was disgusting, especially as I was in such a bad state of mind. I have never walked out of an appointment before in tears. Terrible service.To make it worse, I have read all these reviews for this doctors office and it is shocking that management has done nothing to improve the service. I just see bad review after bad review with promises of raising the issue to the manager. This has clearly not been done or the management team just do not care.I HIGHLY do not recommend going to this doctors office - Go honestly anywhere else

It's a sad day when you call a docters room and ask if they can please assist with an emergency to put stitches in your daughter's face and the receptionist says, sorry we are fully booked we can't help you. I remember the day's there was an oath... we would have waited if we had to but the cold response is just a sad case.

If I could give zero stars I would. One seems generous. Dr Franette van Deventer is so rude. If you cannot work with children, then maybe you should not be a family doctor. I recommend you brush up on your people skills. It's not that hard to be kind to a 5 year old

Worst experience of my life. My partner struggles with type one diabetes and he has only been diagnosed previously this year. He did not have medical aid and went to Edenvale Hospital, where drs could not help him and give proper care. We didnt know where to begin, so we thought we could get a reference or some advice from a doctor. Dr Prinsloo, who asked nothing about his history, talked down to me and my partner, expecting us to be medical experts. She gave us two choices": go back to Edenvale or see someone else. She was incredibly rude

The reception ladies were very helpful and very quick. I was not quite pleased with the Dr Potgieter's service, first of all she attended to me 12 minutes later than my 08:15 appointment. During the consultation she told me I should have gone back to the podiatrist because she cannot assist me with anything. I had to keep on asking her if she is refusing to treat me even though I am a paying customer. That was uncalled for as a health care provider her priority should be to render the service and ensure that my concerns are leveled. I will never consult with her anymore!!!!

This medical centre is amazing. From the ladies in front, to the medical personnel and Dr's. Organized, friendly, professional. Lancet personnel amazing also. Special thank you to Sr Karen Kruger. An exceptional human being. They have an amazing diabetics team.

I was very impressed with dr Karli Prinsloo who treated my sister with great care. She followed up with me and arranged for my sister to be admitted to hospital. Dr Prinsloo is a caring, compassionate dr who goes the extra mile for patients.

Doctor's Office Walk-In Policy.I had a disappointing experience with the front office lady at Intercare Wonderboom Junction this morning. I woke up with a swollen face and was in need of immediate medical attention. When I arrived at the office, I was told that the doctor does not take walk-ins on Sundays and that I would have to come back the next day. I understand that the office has its policies, but I was disappointed that I was not able to receive the care I needed. The front office lady did not show any empathy or concern for my situation. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointingOath of Hippocrates ?

The dentist receptionists are extremely bad with communication and awnsering questions.Can't blame the company for it, but please give some attention to this. I personally think they require better training.

I would not reccommend INTERCARE WONDERBOOM they have no interest in helping people.We went to them on Sunday with my mom, my mom had an emergency. They rejected us immidiatly although we have been patients there for over a year.The elderly lady who assisted us worked at the speed of a snail, never even got up from her chair to inform the Doctor of the issue at hand. We then rushed my mom to the medical Centre in Pretoria North who immidiatly assisted without any delay.DO NOT GO TO INTERCARE IF YOU HAVE A EMERGENCY. THEY WILL NOT ASSIST.
