Please do not falsely post incorrect information regarding your services. Everything on this post is lies. This is just a business and a money making scheme.Teamcare charges for unnecessary adhoc costs, incorrect medical tests such as sugar tests for patients who don't even have diabetes. These adhocs costs are billed monthly with no evidence of any of these tests. Sanitary items are billed for but the quantity has always been questionable.There's a patient who was left to dehydrate and ended up being hospitalized for a chest infection, high blood pressure as well as low sodium levels which compromised the renal functioning and led to severe dehydration. This was the doctors report post the examination of this patient. The question is how did this patient end up in this state, this was due to pure negligence and no care. This post indicates 24 hour care, yet this elderly individual was left unattended to which caused the person to be hospitalised. Teamcares costs are high yet the services offered were not close to these indicated on this post.If you intending on putting any of your loved ones at this institution, think twice. This is purely a money making business with no regard for the old. Teamcare is by far the worst home for the aged.

Frail care is not a free care,not everyone can even afford frail care,but I feel that a human being should be treated with respect,and a clean place to stay,Solheim itself I don't know ,but there where I have a family member can be cleaner and better.

I'm writing this with a heavy heart but I stayed there this week and it was hurrbal awful the food was so amazing in the past but now it's disgusting I'm sorry but I'm being honest here I hope you improve because I love you guys thanks
