Adina is gifted, professional and personable. Her designs are innovative and truly bespoke. Aside from her creative work, she also provides a quality, flexible and affordable restoration service. I had two white gold rings rhodium plated again today including a resize and they look amazing. Next time I visit it will be to purchase some of Adina's own designs - they are unique and not like anything you will find anywhere else. Had a private showing with Nicole and her fabulous assistant while in Cape Town. From start to finish, it was so much fun! We got to enjoy drinks while learning about and viewing all of the gorgeous jewels they had. There were so many classic and unique pieces - something for everyone. Nicole was very accommodating and if they didn’t have exactly what you were looking for, she will try her best to source it for you. Can’t recommend The Diamond Gallery enough.

Hi there, I know it is far too late and not asking for another replacement, but the engraving on my last bracelet with the 2 plates also came off. And if I'm ever in an accident and emergency carers on duty give me any of the medication on my bracelet I'll die. I had to order one one the original ICE company. So I would maybe look at getting other engravers because the ones you have just print of the bracelets etc , they don't engrave. Thanks for trying to rectify the situation. I appreciate that. Im a business owner as well and I support local businesses and I really want the best for you .

I will never buy from this store again, I ordered two watches on the website and both of the watches indicated that it was in stock, I then selected each watch and proceeded to the checkout, after checkout their online system sent me a order receipt at 07:40am on the 25th November 2018, I then made a instant EFT payment to them at 07:58 on the 25th November 2018 I also sent the proof of payment (proof of payment didn't even matter because I made a instant EFT so the money would of reflected in their account immediately).A Lady then phones me at 11:20am on the 26th November 2018 telling me that they do not have stock of one of the items which I've ordered, I then told her that this is unacceptable because the website indicate that there was stock hence the order receipt was generated by the system, I told her that I want what I paid for and I asked her if she can't perhaps order my watch which I've already paid for in full, she then replied by saying she can but I will be at a higher price, my reply to her was that they store should give it to me at the same price because it was their fault, she then replied and said she'll contact her supplier and get back to me.14:08 pm on the 26 November 2018 I received a call from the same lady and she informs me that there is no stock of both (first it was one now it's both).So the only options I was left with was to choose something else or get a refund.I had to opt for a refund because I didn't want anything else and I couldn't get what I paid for.Reply to the owner:Just to inform you that Elna did not tell me that the watch was discontinued, she just said there is no stock and secondly I informed Elna that I want both of the watches that I paid for or nothing.Just to correct you, the watch was not kept for 24 hrs from the first time she called at 11:20am to say that there is only one of the two available, she called me at 14:08pm on the same day to say they are both unavailable (less than 3hrs later).

My husband has gifted me with a number of beautiful pieces designed in collaboration with Jan. His work is excellent, the detail exquisite and he can truly capture and realise one's vision and create one of a kind jewellery masterpieces.
