Very disappointed with the service! I placed an order on 10 November and when I checked on the website on 21 November for the status of my order it said cancelled! I then called the store and the said they don’t know what the problem could be but I should email proof of payment and they will get back to me. I did that and still haven’t received any response from them and today when I try calling it keeps saying call failed. I placed an order on time because I need the scrubs urgently but the service I have received is Horrible!!! Order #101989

Good quality material but really unhappy with the sizes. Both sets I purchased for my husband and myself are completely different to the same sizes we ordered 3 years ago that fit perfectly. These newer ones, have narrower pants bottoms and shorter tops, uncomfortable fits. Not sure why the fits are not standardized. Unhappy with this purchase.

What a fantastic service from TANC!! From ordering to delivery!! You guys are the BEST!!! I love the new, more modern and better fitting Scub Lite pants!! So much more comfortable!!! Would really love it if you can add the soft Baby pink color in the Scrub Lite range as well!

Can’t go wrong with a set of Tanc Scrubs. Very good quality and they have a wide variety of sizes and colors available, even with their in-store stock. Prices are reasonable and online orders are processed quickly and efficiently. Staff at the store are very friendly and helpful in person.

Really great place to get scrubs with a wide variety to of colours and sizes ranging from XXS to XXL and you can customize your own size as well. They can also embroid your scurbs with your name or hospital name if you request to them and you place an order for them as well. The prices are great depending on the material used as well such as R280 to around R350 and in addition the sell pants and tops separately if you looking to mix and match as well. This is a really great place with great price and recommended if you are looking for more scrubs.

I got my lab coat in good condition and I love it. All thanks to Mr Pablo who responded to my email and made sure that I received my order. the service was excellent after communicating with Mr Pablo. Definitely recommend TANC for high quality lab coats.

I'm very disappointed with my latest order of scrubs..very transparent material and wrinkles very easily..the last orders I had are very good material compared to this and it's still core scrubs. Now this one is not even a month old and I can already see they will need restitching soon..I can't even wear my scrub pants without feeling like someone can see through, that's how light and transparent they are.. Now I'm even afraid to order more sets because of this disappointment, it's like the more you order, the more you get disappointed

Not impressed with the quality of scrubs since over 3 years. Scrubs which I bought many years ago were of a better quality and with better stitchwork. The scrubs that I have bought for my team (and myself) within the last 2 years are already coming apart at the seams by the hip. My scrubs from years ago are still in perfect condition and have not torn, even though colour may have faded a wee bit. I do not have a problem with the fading as this is normal after years of washing them.I now end up paying for re-stitching of my scrubs tops with my dressmaker to prevent this problem. Another problem I find is that the materials are continuously changing. And the sizing leaves a lot to be desired. My medium size from before fits me perfectly. Now the medium is too tight. And the large is ridiculously large :(Also, the classic scrubs from before could be washed, hung, and worn without ironing (truly wash and wear). Now, one has to iron the scrubs as they wrinkle very easily, and for me this is just pure frustration. There was a time I could load my scrubs into a bag and not have to worry about them wrinkling. For now, the only solution is for me to use/pack old scrubs when going to theatre.In all honesty, not a very happy customer. I prefer predictability in my purchases, and now, if I buy from here, I never know what to expect in terms of colour, size, and quality.
