Kinesiologist

This review pertains to Camilla Noble. I have had 6 knee surgeries and often suffer from dehabilitating pain and movement impediments. Camilla has extenisve knowledge and is honestly the best physiotherapist I have interacted with since I started this long journey in 2016. She has not only assisted in dealing with small niggles and flare-ups but has also facilitated a long-term recovery programme. Camilla excels in her ability to communicate and include the patient in the rehab process. I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise/ability.I would happily reference her to any friends and family.

Anita Jack is a true master in what she does her knowledge in kinesiology is limitless. Healing and restoring body and mind. She then moves into her studio where her fitness classes are absolutely amazing once again true mastery.

Had such a great experience at this practice. The receptionist is very efficient and quick to respond to emails and requests. Camilla is just wonderful. She really cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to help as best she can. Highly recommend.

My lower back was in spasm...with VERY little mobility. I could barely walk. Camilla Noble, always attentive and caring, has helped get the mobility back. After 2 sessions I am walking well....and I'm sure that if I keep doing the exercises that she recommends I do... my back will become stronger! Thank you Camilla!

I have been to Anita on the basis just to see what this thing called Kinesiology is and I was skeptical but the technique did bring out a few aspects of my past that influenced who I was.I experienced an HAHA moment.In fact after being with BNI for 2 years and meeting you, Brigette, Jade and others in the holistic wellness business I have not had any painkillers or visited the doctor.

Outdated gym equipment, no A.C. (often feels like a sauna) and haphazard onboarding process. Value for money is questionable as it appears the cost driver is exclusivity" but not quality."

Lynn sorted out my tension headache that I had for over 3 weeks. She alleviate me from the discomfort within 10 minutes of treatment. A chiropractor couldn't do in 2 full sessions what Lynn managed, and the chiropractor was convinced that I needed more sessions.Luckily Lynn found and treat the root cause and the symptoms disappeared immediately. I haven't had to take pain medication for any form of headache again thanks to Lynn Angel.Braam Botes

I have been with Full Circle Wellness for around 3 months now with the unlimited class package and it is great value for money!Claire is extremely knowledgeable about the exercises we do, the muscle groups it targets, muscle injuries and what could have possibly caused it, as well as the food/nutrition one take in. She is also extremely caring and attentive to every client's individual needs. Her positive and bubbly personality is infectious and one cannot help but go home, after a good workout, with a positive start to their day. Her classes are well thought out and I, personally, look forward to exercising rather than seeing it as a chore like I did with past gyms I attended.I highly recommend Full Circle Wellness!

I can't express how amazing Full circle wellness has been for all aspects of my life. I have experienced clarity & awareness on what my body is saying and found realist, healthy ways to adjust my lifestyle to accommodate these changes.
