I really struggle to motivate myself to exercise, but through little studio I have found a way that I can get my exercise in while looking after my mind/mental health as well! It is such a lovely environment and I can confirm that no matter what instructor you get you will have a great/challenging time! (Little studio is also extremely flexible on hours which is perfect for a full-time student like myself). Perfect for any age and/or fitness level.

I visit Natasja on a regular basis for Reiki treatments and seen so much improvement. She make you feel at ease and is very caring.

I have found very hard to find a therapist (both in the UK and South Africa) I can trust to listen to my issues regarding muscular discomfort and has the knowledge to sort those issues out. With Heidi I was immediately impressed with her knowledge and appropriate treatment. I will only be coming back to muscle cure therapy for any niggles in the future. Thanks Heidi.

Anita Jack is a true master in what she does her knowledge in kinesiology is limitless. Healing and restoring body and mind. She then moves into her studio where her fitness classes are absolutely amazing once again true mastery.

They misrepresented their services to me.I asked about an ADHD diagnosis and was told yes we can provide an assessment"But an assessment isn't a diagnosis.I'd already paid for one session under the assumption that I was getting the diagnosis I had asked for.I've already had an assessment and I did explain this.They didn't lie

This course has been an eye opener for me. I've always understood that I'm responsible for my life but going through the four themes of this course has open a new dimension of understanding. I now understand that I'm the driver of my life, and getting the results in my life that I want is really up to me and nobody else. I need to work on my communication every time I get a response I don't like. Now I know that the listener is not the problem but how I communicate. The English vs Italian speaking person example- just blew my mind.I'm paying attention to every second I spend now because I understand that it is the small daily actions that will gradually build my success.Life is not about who's right and who's wrong but it is about understanding people's perspectives. Lastly, everything I need is within me. I have internal infinite resources to achieve my vision and I just need to have a specific way of organising my resources to consistently achieve results.

This place has such an amazing and spiritually uplifting vibe. It makes you feel more peaceful and stress free. I went there today for a meditation event that happened there and the place was amazing. It was so peaceful and I would definitely enjoy going here again. I had an amazing and very enjoyable time.
