Yoga studio

I really struggle to motivate myself to exercise, but through little studio I have found a way that I can get my exercise in while looking after my mind/mental health as well! It is such a lovely environment and I can confirm that no matter what instructor you get you will have a great/challenging time! (Little studio is also extremely flexible on hours which is perfect for a full-time student like myself). Perfect for any age and/or fitness level.

Yanna holds a beautiful and supportive space here. The yoga sessions with her give a real sense of grounding to my week. As a novice, I'm made to feel comfortable to explore and go inward with the practice.

I have attended a few gyms and studios in my life time. I was introduced to Flex Body by a good friend and I have never looked back. The quality service and communication was outstanding. The instructors were informative and incredibly supportive. I felt that I was not just another member there but part of a Flex Body family.My fitness and strength levels have improved dramatically and have been with me every step of the way. The facility is amazing with top equipment and is very clean with all Covid safety measure in place. I feel completely safe and happy to be back on the reformers and enjoying the classes with the group. A big shout out to Anita and her team, they are all truly wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Have nearly finished my yoga teacher training with The Yoga Space and can highly recommend the course. The content is well designed, seamlessly delivered, evidence based and relevant to yoga teachers today. I have felt supported throughout my 12 month journey and feel I have a solid foundation from which to launch into teaching with confidence.

Such a beautiful variety of classes, yoga teachers and ambiance. Highly recommended for all levels, a welcoming sense of community to anyone’s yoga journey. It has brought a lot of calmness, at the same time strengthening and conditioning to my body and life!!

Having suffered from some lower back pain, most probably caused by weak core muscles and aggravated by working-from-home during the lockdowns, I've found that attending pilates classes with Dominic quickly eliminated my pain, strengthened my core and I now look forward to attending her sessions in her lovely studio. The group classes which are small enough to allow for some individual attention combined with Dominic's patience and passion have been perfect for a beginner like me.

All I can really say is well done viva gym walmer. I've been training at profiles gym in Port Elizabeth for 4 years and have gotten used to bad customer service, bad equipment, poor maintenance to facilities and cold showers. I have been at viva for 2 weeks now and it feels like a premium gym. Amazing customer service, amazing gym facilities that are all well maintained and industry leading equipment. Honestly the best gym in Port Elizabeth. Go give it a look for yourself and I promise you won't regret it.
