Right advise at the right time... thank you.

Our camptrailer lost one of it's presslocks as we were starting off on our journey to Kenya. Since no new lock was available to replace it in all of Vryburg, the friendly owner of Lock Up Locksmith modified another lockable doorhandle. It took him quite a while, but he pulled it through and set us happily on our way again.

We bought a gate lock from another company and ran into issues with it. I spoke with the company who told me I would need a locksmith to try and fix it or they could replace it with a new one ($600 odd)I emailed a few other companies to see if anyone could help.I came across Chris at Gronbek. He was amazing. He asked a few questions and worked out the issue and it’s now been resolved.Outstanding customer service!I will definitely be recommending your company to everyone.

Highly recommended, punctual and reasonable rates, all of this on a Saturday afternoon.

We went to Joe Davis In Frank Street to have a boat key made. They cut the key and when we got home the key did not fit 100%. We then called them and they offered to come to our premises which is about a 40km return trip. Fortunately I had to go to town the next day and took the key in with a witn a sample key. They said they need a day to search for such a blank as it's a very rare blank.We left the key there and they called us the same day with our new key. All at no extra charge than what we paid for the original key. Just want to say thanks a mil for your great service and going beyond to help us..much appreciated. Regards Nicky and Vian Wilken.

Took 6 pairs of shoes to get reglued. Soles peeled off after first use. They said it would take a week and they were not done on time. Made numerous trips and they still weren’t done. All work needs to be redone and I’m out of pocket about R800. Avoid!!!!
