Service is is terrible and beyond slow. Why do they not have more staff behind the counters.. everyone seems to complain and nothing seems to get done.

My partner and I came here to do our wellness checks. After multiple follow-ups we discovered his details were not recorded properly, and he needs to repeat the whole thing again. What a waste of precious time.

It’s so refreshing when a doctor tries to look at things differently instead of simply prescribing medication to get you out of there to see the next patient. Always out of stock, seem to be always closed when all the other shops around it are open and the staff never want to help you. In today's economic one should treat a potential client like royalty, that's what I tell my staff cause without customers there would be no jobs.

No one to assist their staff is too busy minding their own business to serve customers. Hate going there
