Boxing gym

Champions Gym has helped me a lot, not only with my overall fitness, but with my attitude towards healthy living. One thing that I feel represents Champions gym overall, is the culture of making hard work fun.I never did classes before, it was a new experience for me, since starting with them a few years back I can honestly say. Going to the gym alone and doing weights just does not give me the same motivation that I get when I walk through the doors at Champions. I feel like i'm home :-)If you are thinking of somewhere to check out, for Boxing, Muay Thai or Strength and Conditioning. You will feel welcome, motivated and inspired.

Gem of a gym - highly affordable, professional with a personal touch. Thank you Wayne for reinstating pilates classes on a Sunday - Razia is wonderful. Her encouragement and sense of humour make the exercise feel fun while still getting a great workout. Thank you Viva!

All I can really say is well done viva gym walmer. I've been training at profiles gym in Port Elizabeth for 4 years and have gotten used to bad customer service, bad equipment, poor maintenance to facilities and cold showers. I have been at viva for 2 weeks now and it feels like a premium gym. Amazing customer service, amazing gym facilities that are all well maintained and industry leading equipment. Honestly the best gym in Port Elizabeth. Go give it a look for yourself and I promise you won't regret it.

Excellent training facilities and personal trainers.

Very well equipped fitness center with a good selection of training equipment anf facilities. Not overcrowded and not rushed to get through the circuits. Very clean and well maintained. Parking area is in not such a good place however they do have security guards patrolling the area.Edit: left moove due to safety issues. Security guards never around with many beggars harrasing you.

We love Chayse and this gym for our 7 year old. A wholesome place where respect is taught and our little guy can look up to some great role models while learning to kickbox, have fun and may I say kicka** ;)

This has truly been the most amazing experience of my life so far!!! Sasha is just FANTASTIC!! She has given me such a love for boxing and training! I just love walking through the doors to the gym, it is the highlight of my day!! Everyone at Smith's gym is welcoming. There are no airs and graces, just people that love to box. I'm looking forward to training even more and harder in the future!! Thank you guys, you are all amazing!!!!

When its loadshedding...you have to leave the gym. Don't know how they pass a safety audit. Please make a plan. We are planning our day in accordance to go and work out!! Make a plan Viva you have enough money to get a emergency back-up lighting system. If it continues we will have to cancel our memberships. Such a nice gym just a lack of operation management!!
