5 stars for the Active Explosive team. They allow you to train at your own pace working towards a goal, enjoyable classes with different programs daily. Team members are great and give each other great encouragement. All ages training together. Can highly recommend.

All I can really say is well done viva gym walmer. I've been training at profiles gym in Port Elizabeth for 4 years and have gotten used to bad customer service, bad equipment, poor maintenance to facilities and cold showers. I have been at viva for 2 weeks now and it feels like a premium gym. Amazing customer service, amazing gym facilities that are all well maintained and industry leading equipment. Honestly the best gym in Port Elizabeth. Go give it a look for yourself and I promise you won't regret it.

I’ve been working out at F45 Lindfield since 2021, what keeps me going back are the amazing team of trainers and the community aspect of training.The hardest part has been the habit forming,now working out is an addiction! Although I see slow and steady physical improvements, the most important change for me has been the positive impact on my mental health, especially through Covid and beyond.

When its loadshedding...you have to leave the gym. Don't know how they pass a safety audit. Please make a plan. We are planning our day in accordance to go and work out!! Make a plan Viva you have enough money to get a emergency back-up lighting system. If it continues we will have to cancel our memberships. Such a nice gym just a lack of operation management!!

The F45 Bella Vista team are fantastic! I have been training here for about 6 months and wish I started sooner! Kav and the team make sure you get the most out of each training session, as well as always bringing the energy to every class. The studio is a great space with quality equipment and most importantly an awesome community feel which keeps you motivated. Highly recommend training with these legends!

It's always a beautiful experience to watch Popa playing at the national stadium but I am strongly against the issue of getting our tickets and not tearing or cutting out into pieces to insure the gate keeper doesn't sell our tickets again. Surprisingly there are police officers by the gates and they fail to help us address this issue. How do we fight corruption when the law makers themselves are corrupt

The best trainers hands down and team at F45 Condell Park all very supportive it doesn't matter how you look or what you do they treat you like a family, Ash and the team helped me reach my goal of losing 50kgs, all I had to do was listen to their advice and follow through with it. I can write all day long about how great F45 Condell Park is, I am living my best life thanks to the team at F45 and stuck for life can't see my self doing anything else. I have joined F45 Training Ryde only a couple weeks ago but love the energy and environment already. No session is ever repeated that means something new every session which is perfect. Plenty of classes to choose from so flexibility at its best. Trainers are amazing, they encourage and motivate you to push your limits every single time. Will come back to add more once I have a few more weeks in.
