Bought an item from Italfire. No manual supplied with delivery and does not respond to emails after purchase.

I definitely won't be cold this winter!!!After previously living in a home with a wood stove, I really noticed just how much my open fireplace was chewing through the logs in comparison. And of course I was getting all the smoke and the dust into my lounge room; and lungs.With the opening of my fireplace being on the small side, Perth Home of Heating were among only a few outlets that actually offered a quality wood fire insert that would fit, at least without some potentially expensive and very messy brick removal. When I visited the showroom, I also found Alison and Brett lovely to deal with, very friendly and informative.The unit arrived when promised, and the only temporary hiccup was that the installer had to move the date I was initially booked in for; but Brett and Alison personally insured that I was offered a new date not too long after. Julian, the installer was also perfectly lovely and worked very cleanly indeed. I had expected quite a bit more dust.So tonight I am burning off" the unit (a Jindara Riverina) for the first time. This company has reached their capacity to sell fireplaces and is now throwing away clients. They don’t have stock, they don’t have availability of technicians, they fail to meet their commitments, and there’s no follow-up. From reading the other reviews I can see that they have offered great service, and I assume their current issues are due to lots of success. I hope this review is valuable feedback so that more resources can be added to this growing business to retain and grow it’s reputation.

Very neat showroom wide selection friendly owner and staff

We bought a small wood burner, once it was unpacked at home we realised there was a slight error from the manufacturer.Called and let Brett know about it, and he rectified the situation the same day, provided the part needed and supplied me with complementary spray paint for the inconvenience.Thank you for the great service despite the hiccup.
