Don't get any responses after they first assist you, promise you they'll get back to you about parts within a day, and end up waiting for two weeks still with no response. Don't respond to your messages either.

Paid for 2 x Airconditioners on 26th January 2023 to be installed the following week. We have now been unable to contact Steve Clarence since the payment went into his account. No response the phone calls (phone is off) no response to whatsapps and no response to either of his email addresses. I went to look for his business premises today - but there was no business at the address he has on his invoice and website. I hope (but am becoming doubtful) that there is a reasonable explanation. If anyone knows how to contact Steve please advise urgently before we approach the police.
