Beautiful venue and view, but unfriendly staff, over priced and understocked. The restaurant had almost none of the drinks available from the menu that we wanted to order.

I wish i could give this 0 but i cant. So let's say this is only for the sympathetic and friendly staff there. I say sympathetic bec the owner is a horrible Racist and Islamophobic European man. Their website was never clear about bringing food and drinks so when we packed up and went there, we were told nothing is allowed. Halal isnt catered for. The owner then proceeded to tell us that he is not bothered with people like you" meaning my black brother in law and us as Muslims. He went on to say that we must not come there to make them muslims and that his "people" appreciate this place. In other words

Awesome service, customer relations is 100% they go the extra mile for their clients. Have been doing business with them for abou 10 years now and will be hard pressed to go somewhere else

A absolute waist of time. 1st they advertise products on there site they can not deliver. They clearly source there stock from other sites like E-bay. Feedback is poor and follows with one excuse with another. A refund can only be achieved ones legal action has taken place. There is no fixed offices that one can address and should you demand a follow up person the to follow up the account or refund NON is provided. they claim they operate out of Summerset but there bank account is the FNB in Johannesburg Town.My recommendation if you value your hard earned money and need to order online go else were. This web site I would clarifies as a scam.

Kyle was very helpful and is generous with his knowledge about wakeboards and equipment. But the most important thing for me, is always back-up service. It's easy to sell something, but to always be there afterwards is what matters, and that is indeed what he did.
