Paid for 2 x Airconditioners on 26th January 2023 to be installed the following week. We have now been unable to contact Steve Clarence since the payment went into his account. No response the phone calls (phone is off) no response to whatsapps and no response to either of his email addresses. I went to look for his business premises today - but there was no business at the address he has on his invoice and website. I hope (but am becoming doubtful) that there is a reasonable explanation. If anyone knows how to contact Steve please advise urgently before we approach the police.

Service 5 / 5: I have been a loyal client of Psycho Auto for years. I have they are honest, reliable and they don't make a non-mechanical person feel stupid. I have and will keep on recommending them.

Staff is not helpful, would rather give me the contact details of a supplier in Claremont than order the part for me, Grahams 10x better!!!

Omar and his team installed 2 split system Daikin units in our Annandale semi. They came onsite to assess the job and deliver a fact based quote. A must as houses such as ours are all unique and present specific installation challenges. Some companies will quote on the basis of reviewing a house plan resulting in price padding. Avoid these.The install was excellent in design and execution. Cost was certainly reasonable. There was a quality review of the install with me at the end..Here is a company with high professional standards and a real customer focus with excellent communication at every stage. Delighted!

Hands on owner and manager. Technician's that's qualified, with many years of experience of Cold rooms, Air-conditioning, fridges and freezer's. They also have a section that do glass, aluminum doors and windows. You can call them for Quotes and advice on all these things. Great work people. Keep it up

Wish I had read all these negative reviews before contacting Van Biljoens. I did not do that, so it cost me 2 visits from them and R3000 tot find a gas leak (no reparation included).I will NEVER again use their services is any way.
