Really could not be happier. Great advice in the showroom, found the perfect fire for our needs. Customer service was terrific and most importantly the fitters arrived on time to the minute and knew exactly what to do taking enormous care at every stage. Really cannot fault the whole process. Highest recommendation.

An excellent installation completed for me in far off Aurora, both in terms of timing (11 days initial contact to installed) and quality. Facilitated by again excellent work from installer Andre Southey Maintenance.

Really friendly and very helpful. I was looking for an off cut of fireplace glass, so not a big spend, but was treated as if I might be buying a few new fireplaces!These guys are definitely top of my list when looking for fireplaces or related items.

Vaughn and his staff work very hard to get 5 star reviews. He personally visited to ensure my E700 was installed correctly and advised me that in order to get the best out of the fireplace I would need to improve the insulation in my roof. This I have had done to a high standard by a reputable insulating company.A Western Cape cold front is providing a great test for that suggestion and at the moment it is failing badly. I have been promised further evaluation and will complete this review when it happens , for better or for worse. The promised visit happened but nothing has changed. I am according to him, possibly using incorrectly seasoned wood although the internal fire can reach furnace temperature if the vent is left open but the only significant increase in heat output is radiant. Finally I’m told my ceiling is too high. Dah. It’s just part of “volume “ and is meant to be within the fires capability.I have moved my review up to 2 stars because of the effort that has been made but unfortunately unless you are just looking for a room feature I couldn’t recommend this particular inset to warm your home.
