Lovely guy but persisted in charging me for a full inspection and sweep when it was immediately clear to him we needed a new flue. 20 mins work for $135. There's a compromise to be made in these cases but he wasn't having any of it.

A mere 5 star rating is insufficient- Chris is exceptional! My chimney was in a pathetic state due to my own neglect. Chris did an exceptional job, actually managed to restore the external look of the fireplace and went so far as to offer to come back and teach me to light a fire when I next need to. Exceptional customer service. Chris is professional, prompt, efficient and delivered an excellent result for a very affordable price. I highly recommend him.
